        Never pick their phone, the appointments are always full and if you email for repeat prescriptions they don't give you on time until you call them to remind it always happens with us.

        I could not have had a more positive experience at this surgery. I have moved a lot over the years and have therefore used quite a few different surgeries (both in the UK and abroad). This was by far my most positive experience with Dr Farzana Shora, the regular Nurse (sorry, I don't remember her name) and the receptionists all being very helpful, informative and proactive.

        They are very rude to me and my partner and the drs and practice manger and the reception bullied me and my partner with our disability and metal Heath And they remove us from there list with out our permission this dr should be shut down
