        Horrible, had to wait a lot over 1 hour just for an appointment, very unprofessional service, kids are being a hassle shouting around.

        I've been a patient here for over 15 years. They are absolutely brilliant. Every doctor I've seen here (and there's been a few different ones over the years) has been kind, courteous and helpful. They deal brilliantly with both mental and physical health issues, and really do care. The reception staff also do a great job and always help as much as they can. Can't fault them, and feel genuinely lucky to be in their surgery. I've had some pretty awful doctors in the past before here, and the difference in having someone actually listen and care is just life changing :)
