Food took over half an hour to arrive after leaving so was lukewarm, the order was wrong, the duck was basically bones and a bit of skin, order was wrong and when we phoned they said because its an online order they couldn't do anything to sort it out, this was the second time because the rude woman on the other end of the phone hung up so we had to call back.
