Steve was professional and understood my requirements exactly. I was going through a Section 42 lease extension process and needed someone with the right accreditations and experience and knowledge to come up with a valuation as to what would be an acceptable premium. I have used Campbell Clarke's services twice and they always delivered. I believe they can even provide negotiations on your behalf or in a tribunal if necessary.

Professional, efficient, prompt and accommodating company. I have had two Level 2 reports carried out by Steve now and both were commented on by those around me as being the best they have seen. The reports were issued quickly, were informative and broken down well, they were not just jam packed will technical jargon. Steve also took the time to explain anything that required further detail. I will always use and recommend Campbell Clarke.

I was after a RICS regulated surveyor in the Bexley/Dartford area on relatively short notice, and after calling a couple of larger businesses I then came across an independent surveyor in Campbell Clarke. With being more of an independent setup they were able to beat the competition on price, offer more flexibility, and all communications were much more personal from the offset. I couldn't have been more pleased with the thorough detail put together with the level 2 survey & valuation report, and Steve was also happy to discuss aspects directly with me once I had looked over the report, which I really appreciated. Just like the other glowing reviews here, I can highly recommend Campbell Clarke for a RICS survey and valuation.
