Sam is very professional, polite and prompt in his responses. We managed to get through a loft conversion planning and building regulations in about 2.5 months based on Sam's advice, which I thought was great! Sam happily answered all of my queries in a very thorough way and I understood every step through the process due to how Sam laid things out and guided us through everything. I would definitely use Sam again for any future projects and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

We had to apply for a retrospective planning permission. We found Sam's details on other applications and decided to get in touch. We've had a stressful experience up to that point and Sam was able to make the rest of the process much smoother for us. Sam was prompt, very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and submitted the application for us within days. What could have taken weeks to sort out on our own was dealt with quickly by Sam. He kept us informed along the way and was quick to reply with helpful advice. Our application was approved and I don't think it would have been as straight forward without Sam's help. In the future, Sam will be our first choice and we strongly recommend him to others.

Since the first meeting with Samuel, the process of formalising the house renovations was straightforward and hassle free. Samuel takes the stress out of the process and outlines the steps in a clear way, with what is to come at very point. He is very professional and approachable and goes the extra mile to ensure the process goes as smooth as possible. He gave me very realistic advice and was flexible when it came to me changing some design ideas half way through the process. Overall I cannot fault Samuels work ethic or attention to detail. From someone who knows little about the various parts to planning applications, he helped in each step to ensure everything was above board. His communication is outstanding, not just at the beginning but throughout - keeping with abreast of updates with realistic timelines and messages via email. His drawings are easy to view in PDF so really useful for the modern age. I am really very happy with choosing Samuel for our project and will certainly not hesitate to call upon him again with any forthcoming projects we may have. His fees are very fair based on the high level of work he produces, but also a true reflection of the quality of work he produces and the readiness with which it is done. Outstanding.
