This is the worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go there there's always an issue; whether it's the aged assistant not being able to find my prescription and looking at me as if I've asked her to run to London and back. The pharmacists are no better. The system within there is chaotic with them appearing to lose prescriptions and then they can be observed in the back trying to find it amongst a mess. Disgusting outlet. Don't go there.

Absolutely horrendous service, the staff are so so rude and one lady in particular that had pink hair just sat in her seat the whole time and I watched as she fobbed off customer after customer before getting to me and doing the same. I had to ring 111 and get a prescription barcode as proof they had it, they didnt even bother to check their system. Very rude, very unhelpful and complete chaos no matter the day or time. Avoid at all costs because they simply dont care and its clear from their attitude to every person that goes to that desk. They have had me in tears before.

Easily the worst local pharmacy. Continuously very poor customer service from one member of staff

In my 20 minutes in the queue, not one of the people in front of me was prescribed their medicine. At the counter Margaret, who moves slower than a glacier, informed me the pharmacist wouldnt fulfil my private prescription. Cabbie the pharmacist was then rude and clearly just lazy as they had the drug I needed in stock - she told me she was too busy, whilst arrogantly smiling she informed me that the prescription would take too long to issue and to come back tomorrow (Christmas eve, when I note she said she was not working). Cabbie then complained in front of the other customers that she hadnt had a break today and that there were plenty of other local pharmacies to go to. Others in the queue were laughing at her at this point. It was truly astonishing unprofessionalism. An absolutely abysmal pharmacy which seems both unable and unwilling to prescribe needed drugs.
