        I have tried and tried by phone, text and email to contact this company as we have an urgent issue with rats. I have not had a single reply to any of my messages. Even if the company is too busy to come, I think the least they could do is send a quick message to say so. Very frustrating.

        I could not have wished for a more helpful and informative person than Sean to deal with my mole problem. He did exactly what he promised, making several visits to check out the lay of the mole tunnels, set traps and check the traps and dispose of the body. Not only that but he very kindly helped me to dissassemble my swimming pool that I was struggling with due to a recent attack of gout. He couldn't have been more helpful and I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending him.
