    After contacting Hinton Heating I met Ross at an elderly relatives of mine that has dementia and he helped to get her heating to work again. What a lovely guy. Helpful and friendly on the phone, turned up when he said he would, has got the heating working again and given some great advice so that we might be able to help her in future. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending or using him to any friends or family and couldnt have asked for a more friendly and helpful engineer. Thank you Ross. Service: Heating system repair

    Having waited 6 weeks to have a new boiler installed (today - 23/11/2018) you can imagine our disappointment when at around 0830 this morning I get a call from Ross to say the suppliers ordered the wrong boiler so he wouldn't install it for another 3 weeks. And instead of apologising, Ross became defensively rude and certainly dismissive of my obvious frustration - I hung up when he abruptly said "It's not my fault, it's the suppliers fault". Be that as it may, to NOT apologise and to then rant down the phone is not acceptable.
