        I was struggling with my menopause and unfortunately my symptoms were quite severe and every day life was a struggle. I needed something to help ease my symptoms as I unfortunately can not take any HRT due to my family cancer history...I came across a post that Sarah Parish had put on Instagram about Dr Vegans Meno friend supplements. Sarah had said such great things about Menofriend that I decided to give them ago ....all I can say is from about 2 weeks in to taking my first month's supply I noticed such a difference in my menopause symptoms...it has been brilliant and I can not recommend these supplements enough ....I now have subscribed to a monthly delivery...5 months in and I feel so much better ..... Menofriend is definitely my menopause friend..... A*
