Martin and Rachel ensured that the job was complected to perfection in difficult times. The installation team led by Bill and Rob were outstanding, excellent workmanship, perfectionists, prompt, highly skilled tradesmen, extremely professional and very tidy. Value for money. We are thoroughly delighted with our Hut. It's been a lovely cosy place to relax away from the house and to enjoy the garden. The whole process from Martin guiding us with the design, the base installation and the crew that constructed the Hut in quite challenging weather conditions, was seamless.

Great sales experience. Great install experience, actual finish of a base absolute terrible. Communication post sales terrible (sorry we are short staffed at present) The install team even complained about a lack of knowledge share from the sale/survey team. Extortionate prices for a bad finish - have dealt with a lot of small businesses and a majority have pride in their products and reputation - Coastal is not one of them. Bad finish to an expensive product and shocking customer service - avoid and find a company who deserves your business.
