Accidentally ordered 2 monitors via Amazon, returned 1 12 days ago and have still not had a response or refund. Amazon have said I need to wait 14 days before I can escalate! Disgusting I should wait this long for a refund when you expect payment immediately

Accidentally ordered two monitors rather than one via Amazon. When I called Ikonic I was put through to their Amazon department who arranged a courier to collect the additional monitor. A few days later I was given my refund. Customer service lady was very friendly and helpful.
