I would highly recommend this business to others especially if, like me, you prefer to use local companies. I had previously been let down by 2 other plumbers who had left me with no radiator and horrific pipework in my living room. I had unfortunately fallen into the trap of thinking I had contacted a local services but it was merely a large scale company who used addresses of their employees so when searched for online they looked local. I had been charged an awful lot for unfinished and unfit work that I didn't know what to expect from Summit. Fortunately my fear and anxiety left me when a) they turned up on time b) they looked at the job and made a plan of action for what parts they needed to order and c) they booked me in as soon as they could but also kept me up to date with pictures of options for finishes etc....they felt would look good. A price was agreed on prior to the work being completed and it was finished to a very high standard by a competent worker, not a couple of boys who had walked out of screwfix with a few parts hoping they could join em together with some cheap bits of plastic and some ptfe tape. I'm annoyed at myself that I fell foul to the "local business trap" with other companies and will certainly be more aware in the future However I'm happy to state that I won't have to research local plumbers anymore as I would use this service again and recommend it to others.
