Absolutely embarrassing that Ive had to tell the man over the counter that my prescription is a contraceptive while other people were waiting for their prescription. Once it was shouted from the back by the lady while the chemist was full of people!! Saw a review that its happened to another woman 3 times. How does he not know that the reason Im getting my prescription for free is because its a CONTRACEPTIVE and to give it to me rather than kicking up a fuss.

I recently started using this chemist as I moved to the area. On every single occasion I have been in, I have always been treated and helped in such a wonderful professional manner. The staff are so warm. They actually care not a lot of places do anymore. The staff go literally above and beyond for you, Ill never use anywhere else again.

Brilliant chemist but please can questions be asked discreetly. Three times ive virtually had to shout to say the medication ive been picking up is a contraceptive and we dont pay for those. Give them some training in the names of contraceptives or stick something on the bag so the whole shop doesnt know what i am picking up please.
