SPAR Euro Garage Heap Bridge

Ignorant staff. Filled my car, went to pay and had the guy behind the put one finger up to say wait a minute, whilst he continued to talk on his hands free ear piece. Stood for a couple of minutes before he started serving me, whilst still talking on the phone. Not once did he offer any acknowledgement and used his phone all the way through. Ridiculous service.

Fuel duty dropped by 5p a litre, but they don't reduce the pump price here. Most expensive fuel in the area. Jet wash in a poor state, be prepared for a soaking as the pipes leak all over you. Better off going to ANY other garage. Pure greed!

Got 2 Two Two good to go bags today where you get items that are gunna be binned, all in date we opened some of the items and they were mouldy and stunk. When serviced the person working didn't have a clue what to do i was stood in the shop for 20 minutes. I have reported this, a shop shouldn't be selling items that are not obviously stored properly.

I see this wont be the first time someone has complained about the staff... I work in the very close proximity to this garage and attend it daily for lunch and have done so without issue for a while. Today i walked in to get my daily meal deal of a sandwich sausage roll and drink. The ignorant cashier informed me that the sausage roll is not classed as a snack and that i needed to get crisps. I fetched the sign that clearly stated "sausage roll , snack in the meal deal" to which he decided to remain ignorant and refuted his mistake despite his obvious and blatant sign. Asked for a manager to which he replied he is the manager. Ignorant staff have now led to the loss of a daily customer and all of his colleagues at the company next door filled with daily customers.
