Avoid this company. Do not go through the stress that I have, chasing this company for a refund for a faulty broken bed. The customer service is atrocious. They lie and fob people off. Even the collection that they arranged for the bed has been a total waste of time as the courier said they would not collect a bed that is not packaged. Doodle products/Home Treats neever told me this! If you do get through to them and you get through to someone called Ben, best believe you will be lied to! I regret buying this bed.

AWFUL, Avoid! I've ordered a Bed with Mattress on Amazon (this is the main seller). It took more than 3 weeks as the delivery was reschedule 2 times. Bed frame arrived but the mattress was missing, no explanation and the seller wants the frame back asap, it won't just refund the mattress. Now I have to waste more time for re-packing the frame and sending it back. Well done Doodle!

**AVOID** I ordered a bed via Groupon. Was contacted on 31/10 to say bed was being delivered in 02/11. No bed has arrived. I have left multiple messages and contacted them via email through Groupon (which guarantee a reply within 24hrs) still nothing. The tracking number provided does not exist. Terrible service. I have had to ask Groupon for a refund as I dont believe the bed is coming.
