        Unable to reach this company to rearrange delivery. The phone keeps ringing, you leave a message and nobody calls you back. Driver left a card on Tuesday, now it is Friday evening and there was no attempt to redeliver or at least get in touch with me. Blinds Direct keep saying that I need to call WDL to arrange for redelivery. Not sure who is worse WDL or Blinds Direct.

        Very reliable great honest staff items always delivered on time all drivers good appearance always willing to go that extra mile good courier service based in Heywood

        Difficult to contact, only available M-F office hours for phone calls isn't very useful for someone working full time and needing an item delivered. Don't seem to really work over Xmas and new years with a good few days off. Just all round poor.
