Had a total waste of space company fail us in the middle of zero temperatures (CERTAS / A.K.A CARLTON FUELS BRAMHALL). LAZY waste of space driver with a dire attitude.... Crown on the other hand..... dealt with courteously and professionally by Courtney... delivery the very next day. Pathetic Certas need to take a leaf out of Crown oils professional approach where customers are not treated like fools, Certas -Your driver needs a personality transplant .
