I bought my car from here at start of March and after two weeks had a slight problem with the clutch. I got in touch with Will at the shop and he sorted everything, booked it in a local garage near my home (unfortunately they couldn't sort it) Will took it to their own garage and got it all sorted asap. Got the car back now and it running perfectly. Thank you so much for all your help, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone

Great experience when purchasing another car from Brian Hills. This is about the 4th car purchased from here. The staff are all friendly, helpful and polite. And being a returning customer meant that I got a fabulous deal on a part ex. Would highly recommend.

Hi John, there is no way for me to reply to your comment on my review other than to write another review. For fairness, this time I have given a neutral rating since it is only a reply. To clear up any confusion, I was called by one of your sales staff on a mobile ending 220 following my enquiry that I made through Autotrader where I explicitly said that I was needing to sell my car before purchasing a car from yourselves. My message explained that I wanted to know how much deposit I needed to pay to secure it. Your sales person ignored that and refused to answer any questions about deposits because they wanted me to trade in my car for 3000 less than I know I can sell it for. I explained I didn't want to do that and wanted to know how much deposit I needed to pay. The sales person responded by saying "I'd wasted their time" and went onto a tirade of having "been in the trade for 15 years" , clearly in a huff because I wasn't willing to trade my car in. Totally bizarre experience. Hopefully that clears up any confusion. I am not interested in discussing the matter further as I have paid a deposit on the same car from another dealer. There are thankfully lots of Transit Couriers on Autotrader meaning that I didn't need to buy one from yourselves.
