        Really upset with their service. Asked for an AHC and they couldnt provide it. Been with them for years but now changing

        Rude receptionist. Tried to book an appointment but instead she was questioning me on why I hadnt brought my pet in for a while and whether Id been to another vet. I said yes and she replied with well we are not taking on any new clients If my pet is healthy surely that explains why I havent needed to bring him in?!

        Very lovely customer service, can be quite pricey on certain procedures, but what pet isn't costly right ? Great choice of products for all household pets.
