        Rude receptionist. Tried to book an appointment but instead she was questioning me on why I hadnt brought my pet in for a while and whether Id been to another vet. I said yes and she replied with well we are not taking on any new clients If my pet is healthy surely that explains why I havent needed to bring him in?!

        Very lovely customer service, can be quite pricey on certain procedures, but what pet isn't costly right ? Great choice of products for all household pets.
