    Their property has damaged my property and they fail to take responsibility and compensate for the damages caused. Their correspondences are delayed and rude and disrespectful. Although the damages are clearly caused from their land and is evident they fail to take responsibility and act morally and ethically. They hide behind their offices and don't even come on site to view the damages causes. Completely incompetent team with disrespect to neighbour's properties.

    Worst property management. The lift is broken for days every single week and works just one or two days per week. There is a lady Lorainne who never replies to emails for months (December, and January emails still no reply), zero customer service, not professional at all.

    They don't value their tenants, refuse to answer the phone or pretend not to receive emails. They are so cheap with everything that you have to fight and complain for them to do even the tiniest thing. I've been waiting 5 months for works now and I've been left with an open hole in my bathroom.
