Papa John's Pizza

I been a regular costumer but lately the recipe of the pizza has changed. They put too much tomato sauce to the point were the pizza becomes disgusting. When you call them they dont even offer to provide you with the pizza! As a result of having your visitors not eating and throwing your money away not satisfied!

I ordered a take away from here. Came to collect it and was told it was charged 3 more than they advertise on their website. Staff incredibly rude, hygiene terrible. Watched one of the chef's pick her nose while making a pizza. Avoid this place at all costs

Vegetarian options: I buy 6 pizza for my daughter's birthday And I want to add pineapple but when I reach at home so no pineapple topping And after I cal the restaurant and restaurant manager name Ehsan say but from shop and cut it and add it and eat And use abuse word and say do whatever you can Very bad service Rude behavior Specially for Ehsan is very bad man and he using abuse as well

Need to learn about customer service , my friend order pizza we mention please add pineapple as a topping but they forgot it when my friend ask them they forgot to add pineapple topping the guy name Ehsaan or ehshaan said buy yourself from market cut it and add it this happen second time to us , staff need to do retraining , need to do induction as well, damage the brand name
