This is the worst pharmacy ever. They are rude, dont help and have no communication skills. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible bunch of people. Went to pick up my prescription it came to about 50, I thought it was really expensive but I had just finished university and never had to pay for prescriptions before so I wasn't sure how much they were. I only lived a 5 minute walk so once I got home I looked at the medication and realised it wasn't actually what I needed. I called them confused and explained the situation, they man on the phone was so vile it was unreal. Why is a whole grown man screaming down the phone at a teenager. God knows what he was saying about me in another language to his colleagues. He hung up on me twice so I went back and expressed my absolute shock and disgust in his attitude and STILL trying to figure out why I had all this random medication. The man who was on the phone then butted into my conversation with his colleague proceeded to be rude and shout at me. They took the medication back, said I'd get a refund but I don't remember ever seeing the money come back, and told me to go get my prescription else where. STILL confused I kept asking why I needed to go else where and for them to clarify. Honestly it took them about 15 minutes to finally just admit they were banning me from the pharmacy and I would have to get another nominated pharmacy. I honestly still cannot fathom the attitude, it was disgusting. All over a misunderstanding which was clearly the Doctors fault proceeding to blame me as if I had any control over the situation. All I did was turn up and receive the wrong medication.

Today is the last time, I will be changing my nominated pharmacy. I have been coming here for years and while some of the team have been helpful, the lady normally at the front till and some others are unnecessarily rude. I really make an effort to try to support local small businesses, at the end of a long workday picking up some medication because I dont feel well, not responding to a polite question verbally and gesturing me to walk away and wait was the last thing I needed. The chemist also has a habit of not respecting confidentiality by barking out instructions loud enough for the whole pharmacy to hear.

Pharmacist need to learnt to communicate. Kept waiting for ages because the pharmacist believed she told someone else to look for my prescription, whilst her colleague wasn't even aware of it. And she didn't even apologize
