I went today to Fenwick in Brent x to get a gift from Jo Malone because I like the packaging, this supposed to be a lovely or good experience at least but with the customer service they have I had a shocking annoying experience, I can understand the fact they might be busier than usual and stressful work but come on this your job!! And specially on this time of the year me as a customer I deserve a better behaviour. Two ladies were working there they completely ignored my present, I was standing patiently waiting they just kept serving other customers, ok lets say they were too busy to spot me even thu I was standing there for like 10mins, just to kill the time I tried to reach one of the display perfumes and before my head reaches the bottle one of them on the till shouted on me THATS NOT A TEATER! Ok so I can see me now! You are not so busy after all!!! I felt like a little girl on a grocery shop! So rude and unprofessional! When the time came to server me she never ever used any manners She doesnt know that Im a very value customer to Jo malone! And she doesnt care apparently

Just purchased the pomegranate noir candle from Jo Malone. Sian was super friendly and helpful in helping us choose the right product and packed the product beautifully in the packaging. Amazing service.
