        Melika was very nice and accommodating and made me feel very comfortable during my eye test. The team is lovely :)

        I went to get a eye test, when I get there they say someone else got your appointment when we phoned them up and booked an appointment. Then we rescheduled and cane back for the eye test apart from waiting a long time it was fine. Then I get my prescription and order glasses, I come to collect my glasses and they say the prescription doctor isnt here so I cant give them to you. Mind you I am so close to my GCSEs and me having to reschedule all these appointments is messing up my tutors and work, the fact that I have to reschedule 3 times and it was there fault is really disgraceful a specially when it is for a medical reason. Apart from that there was a lovely girl called Vicky who was so kind being thrown into all of this.

        I went to Boots in Brent Cross for eye test and new glasses The staff were very helpful and gave me advises and I was very happy with services The person dealing with my orders were Mrs. Mona and also Melika I will definitely recommend these two to my friends to go for eye check and other services.
