One of the worst GP of my life I have seen. Shame on their service. Not recommend any one.

The waiting time is unacceptable. It's understandable to have to wait for a little while, but a ridiculous waiting time is unacceptable. It's disrespectful to the patients' time and can cause additional stress and frustration. It's concerning to know that the staff members are rude. Patients who are already anxious or worried about their health should not have to deal with rudeness or unprofessionalism from the staff. The owner's response to negative reviews on Google is not a good look. They should take any negative feedback as an opportunity to improve and address the issues raised, rather than dismissing them or making excuses. Overall, based on my experience, it's hard to understand why this practice is still in operation. It seems like they need to take a hard look at their processes and policies and make significant changes to improve the patient experience.

The lady on the reception was very rude! I called to ask for an appointment for my little 4 years old daughter and she was shouting me and she was absolutely arrogant.
