My daughyer has had dealings with these and basically they are a very devious company.
She moved in to a house paying 950.00 rent a month. Then 4 months later solijull council notified her and all the neighbours that the Landlord had applied quite along time before to have another house built attached to it where she loses all the garden but they were saying they will still charge her the 950.00 rent.
They did not disclose this new house plans had been submitted to Solihull council before she moved in.
Now she has left after been there for 17months they have returned her deposit less a weeks rent because the house was empty befor the new tenants moved in.
Her agreement stayed only 1 months notice is required to END the agreement of which Amy have them 40 days notice but there answer was the rent needed to be paid till new tenants moved in. Yep they charged her this 1 weeks rent after her tenancy ended.
Also along tje tenancy from November till July the house had not passed the gas inspection and also repairs were not done so it has not had a valid gas certificate for past 8 months too.
