        I don't know who wrote down those good review, maybe some friends. I only know already 6 month, agent refuse to answer my phone call, she took deposit to cover her loss from othet property. Don't know how many she took, be careful she run away with all those money. By the way, please check, this agency does't join redress Scheme, this is orgnisation that accept complaint about agent. If she is not afraid, why there is not. If you are thinking find an agent means less hassel, you misread. They hold back rent for one month, give the key to tenant not bother chasing payment for landlord.
