I've worked here and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The managers Doreen and Graeham are one of the best managers I've worked with. Its a shame I had to go to another depot. The royal mail posties are all hard working

Parcel undelivered on Friday while I was IN and NEVER heard of a bell... then a Card asked me to go to you to collect: - Called in at 12:15 on Sat, missed by 15 min - Phoned to check opening time at 11:00, no reply unless with 20 min queue. - Just called in at 12:30 on Monday, missed by 30 minutes! Are postmen now work from home?!? And, on flexi hours too?!? How can you call yourselves a royal service anymore while you are paid for to do it?? Could RM ever consider some parcels are of urgent nature?? Hopeless! Also, the delivery didnt need to sign for! Just wonder you losing business to courier companies nowadays!
