I came in today to find a wedding band that matched my engagement ring. Up until that point I had searched and didn't get much luck. But then I came to Ernest Jones and met Pallavi, a wonderful lady who works there who I am 100% sure was an angel. From the outstanding customer service, to helping me find a ring that wasn't only perfectly fitting but also within my budget. My experience there was everything and more because of her. Thank you Pallavi for being so amazing!!

This is the second Tudor that I have bought from Mergim and he reached out to me in the beginning of last week to advise that the Pelogos FXD that I have been waiting for will come in. I collected it Wednesday last and he never fails to deliver. Courteous, personable, knowledgeable. Always an absolute pleasure dealing with him and I wish all retail watch staff is like him. Well done Mergim 10/10

The customer service from Shideh on the 22/10/22 around 12pm was fantastic! She spent her time suggesting rings, one of which we didn't even consider but ended up purchasing. However, the manager here was absolutely horrendous!!! She had glasses and a pink blazer and she carried herself as a bully. You can clearly see she creates a toxic environment. Really disgusting tbh.

I received a call on Thursday afternoon from a sales advisor at the Brent Cross store who mentioned that they are calling about the Tudor Pelagos 39mm. I had put myself on the waiting list and my immediate response was that I can pop in Saturday morning to view the watch. The advisor subsequently brushed this off and said you will have to pay the full amount upfront before you come in!!!! I was absolutely astonished! I responded with are you expecting me to pay upwards of 3k upfront on my card for a watch that I have never seen? The advisor then nonchalantly responds with well refund you with the money if you dont want to make the purchase!! I have never heard such absurdity in my life, especially from a company I have purchased a few watches from historically (including Tudor!). I know EJ will not care, but I will not purchasing a watch from them again after such a horrendous customer service experience. Shameful if this is the way they will do business.
