        I cannot tell you how useless the 'boy's that I saw. I tried to get advice and he wasn't interested at all unless I was taking out a 50 plus contract a month. I have been with 02 for a long time and have been so disappointed. I ended up going to John Lewis for decent advice from a 'man'. 02 please train your staff otherwise you will lose customers left right and centre. You already lost 3 customers today as they were all In John Lewis choosing about the lack of service from 02 Brent cross. My advice avoid this store at all costs
