However dog owners found it very attractive to get their dogs to use it as a toilet.
Nobody cares.
One concierge for all development 7am-7pm. They do whatever in their power but super understaffed.
One good thing, they finally mange to change floor in lifts after almost 2 years of waiting. People moving in out every week. No lights in the park next to the bridge, you can find gangs of kids, youngsters and adults drinking smoking weed in the night. If you have young kid or family think twice before moving here.
