Cant thank the team enough. Had a punctured tyre on a bank holiday whilst visiting the area. Every other garage turned us away because they said they were too busy. The team had limited bank holiday staff but were very efficient at fixing our tyre as well as the constant stream of new customers coming from all the other garages that were refusing to help anyone! Thank you for getting us on our way home.

I had a nail in my left rear tyre. I went there after having referred by other Kwikfit on the same road. They called this guy called Colin who will sort my back tyres and cost 325 continental tyres. When I came 2 people were there. Young guy said speak to Colin who was on phone. Then he served another customer and asked me to sit down for my turn which I did. He never called me to reception table to ask or sort my problem. He seemed remote and lost and ignoring me. I believe now that its part of subtle racism. He is a middle aged Whiteman. I was with my daughter. We came there around 1130 and at 1330 we were not asked why we were there and since my daughter was hungry, we left to Mcdonalds and I asked Colin who was in working area if he would like my keys and sort out the tyres while we gone for lunch. He called at around 1515 saying wheels lock not working and when I reached there he said go to BMW to get a master key. He showed an attitude which is either he doesnt like our looks or his job or he may have mental illness possibly Please could you check with him and help him cope with life appropriately Hope you teach him to act well with customers and I am terribly disappointed with him and Kwikfit. I am a Kwikfit customer before as well and I didnt experience this nonsense in the past. I am a doctor by profession and I dont discriminate anyone based on colour,sex or religion. I am sad Kwikfit employs such strange characters Finally I called a mobile tyre repair guy who sorted in 1.5 hours from the time I called. I felt I was made to wait unnecessarily and wasted my valuable time and if you guys are not interested in customer like us please put a board that you dont entertain Asians or similar things so that we dont waste our time with you.
