        This practice needs a quality management system.

        Rude, untrained receptionist. Dad missed 2 appointments in Nov and was punished at his next appointment and made to wait a 1hour to be seen by a Doctor. We asked why we are waiting so long and was told, they have an emergency and then the reception lady said he missed 2appointments. What the hell has that got to do with making an elderly man wait who was on time. Selfish, disgusting individuals. Will be changing my dad GP practice. Vile humans. Also picked and choose who they gave feedback forms too. Unprofessional.

        West hendon medical center very organised very polite well spoken and very professional dealing with patients specialy reception they will do anything to help with degnity and respect.
