        I had a really nice experience in this store on 30/4/2023. Im trying to get back into reading but I wasnt 100% sure about which book(s) to start with. I was helped by two lovely young ladies behind the till (I only wish I got their names), and left with a bag full of books eager to tuck into. Thank-you for your help, and hope to see you both again during my next visit.

        Look, I love waterstones. I am a hard-core reader, BUT after today's purchase at Brent Cross Waterstones I was left gutted after discovering one of the hardbacks I purchased today from this store was torn along the spine. That is not how I took it to the counter. I found that the guy put the receipt in the fold of that book and at the same time ripped the product and sent me on my way unknowing of this. Bit peed off but, next time I'll have a good look at the condition before I leave the store.
