absolutely terrible service, never known a popular company to have such awful customer service. Firstly nobody ever picks up the phone & when you in the store you end up waiting at the front for over 30 mins without anybody coming to you asking if you need help. I don't recommend this place to anyone and I certainly wont be coming back here myself.

Not recommended at all, if I wanted to explain what happened I would have to copy and paste many other low star reviews that have happened to me, but to be honest, I have never had a problem with customer service.

Seen on time very professional optician good service but new glasses could take a bit quicker two weeks to wait is rather long

I have been waiting over half an hour for someone to pick up the phone. I need to cancel my appointment tomorrow at 11:00 am. I have stys in both eyes and I cant see very well. Sherry Bent

The good: optometrists are professional and polite. The bad: everything else. I booked a double appointment online more than a week in advance and recieved an email confirmation. When I arrived, no such appointment existed. The receptionists tried to claim this was my fault, at great inconvenience to them. They could not fit me in for a double slot. Reluctantly, I booked another appointment and attended. The receptionist (who I presume is also the manager) asked who gave me permission to have an eye test as my last one was not quite two years ago. Should I have sent a formal written request for her consideration? Her demeaner and approach is wholly bizarre and this question was not framed politely. Post appointment, I'm told I will recieve a call to inform me when the trial lenses arrive in store. It's been almost 4 weeks and no contact has been made. I have tried to call the branch no less than 5 times - each time the line cuts off after 15-20 minutes waiting. Further, my prescription hasn't updated online which is another failing. Overall, my experience aligns with other recent reviews. This used to be a great branch which has declined considerably. I will be going elsewhere in future.
