Topsy Turvy Day Nursery and Pre-School

We have already emailed them early saying that I drop out of school, my daughter doesnt like to go there come back there and send nightmares, and shes in a bad mood every day. They reply email is very slowly but only use email let them know, and the date of drop out was delayed lead to be paid more than 200 pounds. My daughter is not happy when she comes back there, she also scared to go there I can't bear to force her to go This is my unhappy experience over there

This nursery is absolutely brilliant! As a first time parent you are nervous about leaving your precious little one for the first time with effectively strangers for pretty much a whole day. After doing the tour of all of the nurseries I was undecided until I got to this location. I took my son out of his buggy to gauge what he felt about the place. To my surprise and unlike the other locations wed visit before, my son toddled over to some of the older children who were eating. The little boy shuffled over and let my son share his food. Then my son played all of the other children. From that moment, I knew this was the place for him!! Throughout the time my son attended, I would observe all of the staff hugging, cuddling, always down at the childs level and carrying the children around in a manner I can only describe as them lovingly looking after each child like they were their own. The staff couldnt do enough to help make your life as a parent easier (especially as a commuter)! I had to withdraw my son after just a year following a change in jobs. It was so heart wrenching I cried. I have forever compared this nursery to every subsequent establishment my son has attended and only one other compares. Your child will be in safe hands!
