Whilst some products here are nice, you lose all desire to buy anything from this shop due to the terrible customer service. This is in particular reference to the red-headed lady who I assume is the manager of the shop. If you even attempt to have a conversation with any other colleague, you will find her inserting herself into the conversation and dominating it. She was rude, blunt and dismissive and ultimately completely put us off getting anything from the shop despite having the intent to buy. If you do like something from H Samuel, highly recommend going to one of their other branches or buying online. I think the owner should really consider if this woman is best placed to manage the shop given the way she interacts with customers and the impact this has on sales!
