Goldsmiths

I came in this week to enquire about a new watch as my current rust bucket is no longer in fashion nor fully functional. A young gentlemen by the name of Ben was extremely helpful whilst assisting me on my endeavour. He was beyond kind and patient and its clear as day how passionate he is about watches, just as I am. He had a real effect on me and I truly feel he optimised my shopping experience. The only thing I didnt appreciate was him making passes at me son, but well let that slip as he was such a gent and we share the same name! I suppose an 11 year old wouldnt understand anyway. Thanks again Ben, youre a true mensch.

very not nice service. they do their peace For Punishment. no one was helpful with my problem . I bought diamond earrings 1.5 years ago, after that time they broke. unfortunately the warranty is only 1 year. I was offered to place a 25 deposit fee and they don't know how much the service will cost. I didn't use it. nicely I lost 2500 and they lost a client. I will never go back there or buy anything else

Great service from the staff and very helpful, however it seems after opening the store after refurbishment, staff work on there own brands and that NO other staff can use different brands "Point of Sale" system. Should be working under 1 roof as "Goldsmith"

The people in the shop are good, the customer service is good but the products are rubbish. I bought a gold chain for my sons christening, we had the ceremony and he wore it for a few weeks. Then the spring on the clasp broke. I took it to repair and on the first day he wore it after the repair the clasp broken again. This was during his swimming lesson. Luckily the cross and chain were found but I have no faith in their products. This chain was part of his christening so is irreplaceable but I have no faith it can be repaired properly by goldsmiths and i am not willing to try again as I don't want to lose the cross too. I have had a chain for over 30 years and never had a problem with mine.......... which to me indicates the quality of goods! Take heed.....
