It has been such a pleasure dealing with DCK Solicitors over the last 12years. I would highly recommend them especially regarding immigration matters. My application was handled by Ms. Fatima Alfadhli who was recommended by one of the partners in the firm Victor who initially got me my indefinite leave to remain in 2009. Fatima was very professional and efficient. I am aware British citizenship application takes about 6 month but I received mine within 3 months which was amazing. Cheers

I cannot recommend DCK Solicitors enough, in particular Sarah Curtis who deals with wills and probate. Unfortunately my Grandad has become very ill so we were in need of a will pretty quickly (under his request.) Sarah dealt with the matter speedily, efficiently and mindfully. She quoted me the costs, sent me the relevant documents and completed everything within the time frames she had set out. Within the space of 10 days, we finally have a will which puts everyones mind at ease, including my Grandad. Thank you so much for dealing with this for me. Having a family matter where I was stopped seeing my children by their mother after she made false allegations against me out of revenge, none of which were anything to do with the children. My ex wife had me arrested and whilst in custody put an emergency court application in stopping my contact, it was all planned. I was devastated that my children were being used as a weapon. Feeling that the system was against my children and I, I was at my wits end on what to do. Fortunately I was recommended Sarah Tiano at the firm. For the past 2 months she has worked tirelessly fighting on behalf of my children and I. She would email me, phone me and even text me updates. At the first hearing Sarah Tiano was instrumental in securing phone contact and face to face contact every Saturday, much to my surprise after seeing, up until that point, everything being decided in the favour of my ex wife. Sarah Tiano was able to reassure me and demonstrate to the Court that what was being said about me was malicious, vengeful and not in the best interest of the children. The Judge agreed. Thanks to Sarah I have resumed contact with my children and am sure come the Final Hearing that I will have full access as I did before. Thank you Sarah Tiano, I owe you a debt of gratitude.
