Purchased 2 zinger burgers, fries and wings and the new buffalo wrap.
The zinger burger was poor, quite possibly the worst I've ever had. The bun on both was stale and hard, wasn't fresh at all. There was hardly any lettuce or mayo inside.
The buffalo wrap was also disappointing. It was basically a normal wrap with a bit of buffalo sauce. Again there was a real lack of sauce and filling.
The person in the kitchen preparing the food on the 11th April 23 at around 4pm-5pm really needs extra training or needs to find a new job they are actually interested in. The food was really unacceptable.
The wings and fries were fine although we left most the fries.
Whilst we were there I didn't see any staff cleaning up, even though there were a few empty tables which still had rubbish on it. The bench we were sitting on also had rubbish which we just pushed to the side.
Overall I wouldn't recommend eating at this KFC. It doesn't feel clean and the food is horrible.
