        This GP is going from bad to horrible. Just to book an appointment you have to be very lucky to find one. Some of the receptionist are very disrespectful.

        Worst practice ever. Most incompetent, rude and ignorant receptionists and manager. I dont know why this practice hasnt been closed by now. They completely ignore people in need and show zero compassion. Appalling service, zero customer care, zero service, zero everything. Shame on yourselves, Hendon Way Surgery! I think everyone should write an official complaint to CQC or London Borough of Barnet. This practice cannot continue this nonsense.

        Worst GP experience every time I call or ask for assistance. Never in my life have I met / spoken to such useless reception staff who think being rude gets them the best outcome. My sister who is partially deaf and has serious health issues experiences the same thing every single time. Customer service experience wouldnt go a miss seeing as people that are calling are usually unwell anyway and dont need to be dealt with in such a horrid way
