I registered at the Hendon GP but now all calls go to Finchley practice where the receptionist is very rude. Why have a practice in GP and not run it from there? Perhaps best if they hand over the Hendon practice to someone who wants to run it?

If I could I would rate this surgery 0 stars, I would. After being told by the nurse to call back after I missed there call, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold...to then be confronted by a rude receptionist who told me I will 'receive a call back '. Completely unsympathetic to the fact that I have been on hold for so long. Why was I told too call back ? After confronting the receptionist, she had the nerve to hang up on me. They dont know peoples conditions and what people are going through, so how can they be so rude and dehumanise you. This is not the first occasion I have had issues with this surgery, on a separate occasion after taking time of work for an appointment, after I reached the surgery they told me my appointment was at a separate place...how ?I called them to book the appointment.. so why was it not communicated to me that it would be at a different location. So not only had I taken off time from work and wasted my time in the journey to get there , I then did not even receive a apology. The receptionist have zero manners and are pathetic. We do not pay taxes to then be treated this way. Avoid this surgery at all costs.

I called them about 3 hours ago, there was a massive queue, which I completely understand. I chose for them to call back. I was called after a couple of hours as I was number 2 in that queue. However after holding the line for 25 minutes the line got disconnected on its own. I called them right back so that I dont lose my place but now I was number 27 in that queue, meaning I got disconnected the moment I was number 1 in a queue. I have suffering from a severe headache for the last 5 days. I feel the service is appalling. I am going to complain to the NHS, as I pay a huge amount of tax and have paid health surcharge of humongous amount to get their services. What is the point if I am not supported by my GP when I am in so much pain
