Wentworth Group Practice

Worst GP service Ive never seen, I went to see a doctor for my condition and the doctor told me they dont know what to do and took me 2 weeks to get an appointment this practice and the Finshley one is a total disgrace, receptionists are so rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give 0 star because this is totally disgusting

No words can adequately express how angry I am with the service provided by Wentworth Medical Group, which includes the Finchley and Hendon branches and is also known as Audley Medical Practice. If it were possible, I would give them a rating of 0 stars. I've called Wentworth several times to attempt to make an appointment at the precise moment it opens, and each time I've been told that, for instance, my appointment is at 12pm, I patiently wait hours and postpone plans to wait for a call from the doctor, but there has never been a response. I'm furious and appalled at the service at this repulsive establishment. I've called multiple times and waited while listening to that repulsive melody for 20 minutes for them to finally pick up and hang up on me; when they do, they answer obnoxiously. The staff here is incompetent and needs to be thoroughly reviewed by the NHS. It's almost like they are taught to be obnoxious

please read this review so same issue will not happen to you. A week ago i have went to the gp because i had some breathing problems which was causing me panic attacks. i went to the gp in the morning and there was an old lady at the reception. she got my number and my dob and told me they are going to give me a call so make sure you answer the call. after 5 days of waiting i called them again, 11 O'clock in the morning and i was waiting for 1 hour 21 minutes (on the emergency section ) Another lady picked up the phone and as i have asked for another appointment she told in order to book an appointment you must call between 8o clock -12 in the morning. i have shared my problem with the lady that i came there a week ago... and they just told me that we called you 3 times but you didn't answer :). since doctor Patel retired this Gp has stopped serving people in the right way. please don't waste your time.

I was a patient of this surgery for almost 35 years and in the last 12 months things went from poor to diabolical! The Hendon practise employs a receptionist who is unable to communicate clearly with all patients! The original doctor was great however the new generation brought in has let him down and this led to me registering elsewhere. Waiting times on the phone is over an hour and if you are lucky enough to get to the front of the queue they hang up on you! If you move into Hendon and need a new doctor then for the love of god and for your family's sake find another practise!!!!
