If I have to choose it would be no star but it wont let me do that. Its a shame the company is doing so well but the staffs at the Brentcross shop are so unhelpful, rude and rubbish. A very very bad customer service havent seen anything like it, is like they dont want to be there and do their jobs. The rate they are going at probably will loose a lot of customers. Sure I wont be using them again.

Dont fall for the look its a trap to tie you into contract or it became so expensive you could only dream a coffee Please read more reviews and dont just jump in like my wife who is now dont know how to pay for each pod

ZERO IF I COULD Terrible customer service plus ridiculous policy. I bought the new coffee machine with the round pods. Went to buy my 1st pods. The guy at Brent Cross Shopping Centre could not care any less. Told him I needed the larges pods. He pointed what was in front of him without much care to any advice. I bought 2 boxes just to try it first. I payed and as I walked off I saw the row of pods on the other side had 230ml pods. I told him that its the large ones I asked for not the 150ml... and wanted to exchange the pods I just bought for the larger ones. He replied... We have a no return, refund, exchange policy and that there was nothing he could do. Called customer services and they confirmed its their policy. You are a joke and I hope that EVERYONE sees just how you rob your loyal customers. I will post this on EVERY site I can find.
