Hotel Chocolat

I bought a hot chocolate and it was the best hot chocolate I have ever had in my life, no joke, most hot chocolates they use chocolate powder, but not at the chocolate hotel all real ingredients, also the Salted Caramel buttons are to die for.

I have been a client for Hotel Chocolat for a while now. I have called the Brent Cross store to enquire about an exchange of colour in the hot chocolate machine as well as to ask if they have the coffee pods. I spoke to a male member of staff who was extremely rude with no customer service, he was not responding simple questions saying I have to go to the store to find out. Unfortunately a nice brand can lose customers having these kind of member of staff that should be trained with simple manners and customer service. Very disappointed!
