I spent 3 years trying to heal a pain in my lower back and a feeling of tightness on the inside of my left leg. I do yoga every day, and it helped. I tried osteopathy and it helped. But only when I started acupuncture, cupping and sophrology at Golden Health Care did I really start to feel myself healing. Now the pain has all but disappeared. It comes back when I'm stressed or tired but it's much weaker. My leg feels more loose and my balance is getting better. Some days I even forget the pain was ever there. I have just completed a 4 session course of massage, acupuncture, and cupping for a really bad back. The massages were the best I have ever had, and I am a true convert to cupping and acupuncture - worked a treat for my severe muscle spasm. Even after one session I was able to walk upright again after hobbling for weeks, and after four I feel as good as new. The entire experience was professional, hygienic, and I will absolutely be back for a massage again! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Lucy and her colleagues at Golden Healthcare - they are magic!

I somehow had some neck pain that didn't allow me to move my neck properly and my neck/shoulder area was constantly tense/painful. Was told by the GP it was a neck spasm that would go away in a few weeks. Fast forward a month and a half and it was still there. Decided to come here to try cupping to see if it would help. Lucy not only identified the precise source of my neck pain but she also recommended suitable treatment (incl. acupuncture) that instantly relieved my pain. I have since continued to visit to relieve my neck and also constant back pain. Highly recommend! True gem
