Everyone has the wrong panther group, this one is not a courier service its an amazing food business!

Panther group have totally messed me around. Got a phone call yesterday asking to reschedule my delivery to which i told them no, then today on the day the delivery is due to be out they tell me the van has broken down. Panther group are the worst company every and expect me to take another day off work to sit in and wait for this delivery. They are an absolute joke and not helpful in trying to resolve this issue.

Absolutely the worst courier company I have had the displeasure to work with. Inept and unhelpful when contacted for help. Requested package for Friday delivery and took day off work to collect. Package came over 3 hours later than they stated and when driver left turns out the wrong package was delivered to me. Asked them if they can deliver on weekend but they refused and were totally unhelpful in suggesting how I might get me package or get someone to collect the wrong package in my living room. In future if I make an order from a company and see panther is their courier I will cancel and go shop somewhere else.
