        Bought laminate on click and collect. Arrived to find order on a trolley all ready and friendly staff member loaded into my car. Can't get better than that for service!

        This place full up useless employees which dont wanna help out the customers Dear wickes Managment please Please train your workers here and explain to them that when customers need help try to not be careless.

        It is an absolute joke here. It seems everyone is afraid of answering the phones in all departments?? Now I have to drive all the way there to get an answer . The sub contractors they give the kitchen fitting to be done are also useless and dont answer text or calls. after being promised our kitchen done before Christmas I can't see that happening. We wish we had never used wickes
