My machine turned out to be broken beyond repair, so I was not charged for the service. Indra explained in great detail what the issues were and that the repairs would cost much more than the old machine was worth. When I wanted to give her the machine to use for parts she asked my how much I paid for it and after hearing the price told me to sell it for parts on eBay instead and recover some of the money. Honestly and integrity are rare qualities these days, so I would definitely recommend this business.

Outstanding service, quickly and cost-effectively fixed my 30 year old Janome overlocker which is now good for probably another 30 years. Especially impressed as another company had condemned it as not economically viable to repair and suggested I buy a new one. I knew that if my machine was repairable, it would be repaired. Highly recommended. Also offer classes on how to use an overlocker, learned a great deal of hands on, real world, instantly usable techniques.

Great service by Indra again. This is the 2nd time I have used Farnborough Sewing Machine repairs always excellent service and Indra has a great knowledge of Sewing Machines.
