However, we booked this place solely based upon having the advertised hot tub. The cottage is nice and well presented, but not worth the high price without the advertised amenities for your full stay.
We were extremely disappointed by the lack of communication surrounding the lack of hot tub availability.
We were not informed that there would be no access to the hot tub on the first night and we were only there for two nights.
It was explained, after our arrival, that there is an increased hot tub cleaning regime that Elizabeth has brought in. This is not stated in Airbnb's increased safety procedures either and therefore, we were not expecting this.
This property is at least 30% more expensive than other similar properties in the area without one.
We only found out that the hot tub was too cold for use upon attempting to get in.
There is a very steep staircase in the property, please do be aware of this. Beds were made up and towels are supplied which was a nice touch. The hot tub and garden areas can be overlooked by one of the other properties, but overall the farm is fairly secluded
